As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Programs at Wipe Out Kids' Cancer, Diane managed all mission activities from community and hospital based support programs to numerous large programmatic events. Within two years she led the organization's historical achievement of year on year growth of 100% in both cash and in-kind revenue. Diane's passion for mission service is due to her firsthand understanding of the challenges patients and families endure through their cancer and health journey. Since that time, she has remained determined to lend her talents to areas of great humanitarian need by cultivating relationships with sponsors, donors, and expansion of corporate partners.
In addition to seven years at Wipe Out Kids' Cancer, Diane led development at Hope Cottage Pregnancy and Adoption Center where she brought forth new and innovative fundraising strategies. Diane’s roots in the medical community began in Fort Worth, as an Audiologist at Cook Children’s Hospital. Her work there focused on the pediatric and neonatal population. Continuing to serve others, from examining, assessing, diagnosing and administering treatment for hearing loss.
For more than a decade, Diane was involved in faith based mission work where she provided strategic direction and growth through outreach initiatives. As a community convener and activist, she led family-friendly outreach events for the public and education initiatives to teach and train individuals to identify and expand their own circle of influence to create mission impact globally.
Above all, Diane's greatest joy comes from quality time with her family and observing her children experience their own educational transitions and growth into leadership roles of their own.
