She has worked with several companies, including the Boats Group, where she successfully managed more than 250 marine industry clients, increased overall sales by 25% and customer satisfaction up to 80%, and walk-in reach of marketing by 50%. Through her project specific work, Jana is also credited with the profitability and revenue increase of RT Consulting by 20% and 35%, respectively. As with other members of the Chandini & Co team, Jana stewards each of her interactions with care, due to her passion to deliver business solutions and cultivate meaningful relationships for the long term. In addition to her other roles, Jana's network of influence expanded through her work with Empowering a Billion Women by 2020, The Richer Companies, an ADIDA distributor but with international corporations.
